Payroll and tax filing
Not in Peerroll. Keep the provider you have. Approved hours and approved PTO can export or API-handoff to that system. We do not calculate tax or cut deposits.
A full insurance or carrier platform
Light benefits admin is the plan list and enrollments on the employee file. We do not shop carriers, quote premiums, run open enrollment as a broker, or send a carrier EDI file. The shared PTO calendar is approved leave for coverage.
A full recruiting suite
Hiring is job openings and an applicant pipeline. We do not source candidates, syndicate to job boards, run assessments, or host a public career site.
A talent or calibration platform
Light performance is a goal and a simple review on the employee file. We do not run calibration sessions, stack-rank a team, or score a competency matrix.
Email marketing and newsletters
We send invite and system mail — including manager digests — when mail is configured. Digests are a daily or weekly summary of approvals and open tasks, not a campaign, drip, or marketing list.
A live self-serve checkout
Early access is sequenced from the waitlist. These numbers are so you can see the shape — not so you can issue a PO today.
Enterprise document management
The document library is folders, uploads, and signed packets on the employee e-file. We do not sell a company-wide DMS, a retention engine, or a version tree.
A business-intelligence suite
Custom reports are saved cuts of roster, hours, and leave you can run again — and optionally schedule. We do not ship a warehouse, a dashboard studio, or an ad-hoc query product.
A full IT offboarding suite
Offboarding is an exit task checklist with owners and due dates from last day. We do not deprovision an identity provider, wipe a managed device, or run an asset inventory.
