Custom reports

Save an ops report. Run it. Schedule it if you want.

Operators save a cut of roster, hours, or leave they already run. Run it again next Monday. Optionally put it on a schedule. This is not a BI tool.

Why it matters

When Elena needs last week’s Dallas hours, she runs the report she already saved — not a new pivot from three exports.

Peer Roll custom reports are saved cuts of the ops data you already have: roster, punches, approved hours, leave, exceptions. You name the cut, run it when you need the file, and optionally put it on a schedule so Monday’s hours land without a rebuild. That is the job. We do not sell a warehouse, a dashboard studio, or an ad-hoc query language. We will not rank other analytics products on this page. The hours that leave for payroll still live on payroll hours handoff. This page is the saved report and the optional schedule.

On the record

What you get in Peer Roll.

  • Save a report from roster, hours, leave, or exceptions you already run.
  • Run it again without rebuilding the cut.
  • Optional schedule — weekly hours, Monday coverage — when you want it.
  • Same employee record as the directory. Same approved hours as the handoff.
  • A file when you run it. Not a live executive wall.
  • Not a BI tool: no warehouse, no dashboard studio, no ad-hoc query language.

How it runs

A week in this workflow.

  1. 01

    Save the cut

Site, week, status. Hours, leave, or the roster. Give it a name Elena will recognize next Monday.

  2. 02

    Run it

The report uses the same records as time, PTO, and the directory. You get a file — not a new spreadsheet to reconcile.

  3. 03

    Schedule it if you want

Optional. Weekly hours by site. Monday coverage. Skip the schedule if you only need it once.

Who uses it

Built for the jobs you already have.

Operators who still rebuild Monday’s sheet

Elena saves “Dallas hours, last week.” She runs it after managers close. She does not start from a blank export.

Multi-site coverage without a second product

Maya wants who is out next week, by yard. The report is approved leave. The calendar is still the grid. This is the file she forwards.
