Why it matters
A field tech should not need a laptop to punch, request two days, or find the handbook. The phone is three tabs. The file is still the one operators already run.
Peer Roll’s mobile employee self-service is the phone surface for the jobs people already do. Clock is a large in, out, and break control with the same device, IP, and location trail as the desk clock. Time off stacks vacation, sick, and pending hours so a thumb can request leave. Me holds document and onboarding cards on the employee’s own file. Managers get the same three tabs for their own punch, leave, and documents. Approvals stay in the manager queue — this page does not invent a fourth tab. Employees can pin that same surface to the home screen — that is the installable app, not a store listing.
