Yard and warehouse teams
Jordan punches from the Dallas yard. The Clock tab is the whole job at 7:58 AM. Time off and Me wait until a break.
Mobile employee self-service
Employees and managers get a phone bottom bar: Clock, Time off, and Me. Large punch controls, stacked PTO, and document or onboarding cards. Same record as the desk.
Why it matters
Peerroll’s mobile employee self-service is the phone surface for the jobs people already do. Clock is a large in, out, and break control with the same device, IP, and location trail as the desk clock. Time off stacks vacation, sick, and pending hours so a thumb can request leave. Me holds document and onboarding cards on the employee’s own file. Managers get the same three tabs for their own punch, leave, and documents. Approvals stay in the manager queue — this page does not invent a fourth tab. Employees can pin that same surface to the home screen — that is the installable app, not a store listing.

How it runs
01
They tap In or Out. Peerroll stores the time plus whatever location and IP the session can provide. The button is large on purpose.
02
Balances stack. They pick dates and a code. Pending hours show before anyone approves.
03
Document and onboarding cards sit on their file. Sign, acknowledge, or see what is still open — without a chase email.

The handbook and remaining onboarding tasks are cards on Me. They do not hunt a shared drive from a phone browser.

Installable app
Employees can install Peerroll as a web app on the phone they already carry. The icon opens Clock, Time off, and Me. This is not a store listing — it is the product they already use, pinned.
Time and attendance
Clock in and out with device, source IP, and location on the punch. Exceptions stay visible to the manager who has to sign them.
PTO and time off
Accrual rules, request workflows, and balances live on the person. Managers approve what they can see. Operators set a policy once.
E-sign packets
People ops builds an onboarding packet from templates — offer letter, handbook, I-9 acknowledgement. The employee signs in Peerroll. The file shows sent, signed, or still open, with a trail.
Tell us your headcount and what you run today. We will write back from hello@peerroll.com when we can show you the product.
